Server Browser Empty

Having a problem where I can't see any of the custom servers on the browser. I can join official servers and even host my own custom server (can't join it, though) but the list of custom servers is empty. I've reinstalled, updated, turned it off and on, fixed firewall/internet settings and nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, any tips to get it to start recognizing custom servers again?

I am also having this problem it is very sad I just bought the game and cannot play as it seems to be maintanence while others play on twitch tv

I bought the game through the website (https://store.mythofempires.com/ free games), downloaded thelauncher, entered - then, apparently, you need to press the red "Start thegame" button!?
But whenpressed, nothing happens, no errors, no reaction... What to do?
