I would like to say that I am very excited about Myth of Empires! I have been looking for a game like this, especially with an early China theme to it.

Questions:

1. How detailed will learning your combat skills be?

For example:

Will armors be separated out by light, medium, or heavy armor? Or will it be just 1 armor skill?

Will weapons be separated by type? Sword, blunt, two-handed, polearm?

Will there be an active dodge/evasion command?

2. Will there be any PVE and NPC elements or is it purely player PVP?

I like Conan Exiles, but one of my biggest gripes is that there is not more NPC interaction. Which brings me to my next question...

3. Alliances/Guilds/Clans/Gangs - Will there be larger NPC/PVE type alliances in which your guild can align themselves to or is it all player controlled?

Hey guys,

i will just add some more questions to this thread:

4. Will there be more tameable animals like dogs or wolves?

5. What happens when we die? Do we respawn or is there a permanent death feature?
5.1.  If there is a permadeath: Can we build up a family to "breed" our own new Characters or NPC-Companions?

6. Buildings:
6.1. Are there predefined Modules we have to connect to each other and everything looks similar or do we have an option to build in different styles?
6.2 Freeplacement or snapping points? Is there anything like a grid?

7. If the horses are our friends and so important for the middle age: Do we have Carriages to transport goods?

Adding on to Question 7 If we do have carriages/wagons, will trade routes be a thing? Given that there will be a bunch of "city-states" trade routes would be interesting, potentially allowing for a bandit lifestyle raiding said caravans?
edit "city-states" meaning various towns/castles run by clans etc. with the potential for trade between them, especially if there are "resource zones" where certain types of resources are scare/abundant giving where you set up shop some meaning, and making trade an important and possibly necessary?
