One of the most underrated romance anime that deserve more love is Tsuki ga Kirei. It beautifully captures the awkwardness and purity of first love without relying on clichés or over-the-top drama. The pacing is slow but intentional, and the emotional payoff is worth it. Another hidden gem is Just Because! subtle, grounded, and emotionally resonant. Both shows don’t get nearly the recognition they should.
