bug: I can't craft a " Stone hoe"

I can't craft a " Stone hoe" even if the "cultivation" recipe is duly learned. The Hoe is simply not appearing in the craftable item list as it should.
Anyone else has this bug and know how to get it resolved ?

There are a couple of things you can try:

1. Scroll down the craftable item menu using the mouse wheel. Sometimes the menu fills up and the item appears down below.

2. If it still hasn't appeared, unlock another recipe for that crafting bench, then exit out of the game and log back in. The Stone Hoe should appear.
