i have recived a vac ban today but i do not and have never played on offical servers.
i only play on my own rented server where i am admin
i have never cheated or even needed to as i am the admin
i have bought skins from offical website i am not banned there as i can see i still have tokens to spend.
there i am really confused about the entire situtation.
please help
i did that but i did not get a reply only the auto confirm i sent the msg (this was 3 days ago)
since then it no longer says vac ban on my steam profile it now says game ban which pretty much the same as i have not done anything to be banned for i have also never not been able to play myth of empires seems the only thing that happened is my steam profile has been flagged as a cheater what as i have said is very unfair
also a moderator for the game on steam confirmed there was mistaken vac bans given out, my issue is that it still says on my profile i was banned
im not sure if there is anyone else i can get into direct contact with? wronguly being named and shamed as a cheater is so outragous.
Start by contacting Steam Support and the game’s developer with a detailed, polite explanation. Check your system for any software that might have been flagged, and confirm your server’s VAC status.
