Game freeze

i was playing fine with the international account and transfer to Steam and all i got now is keep frozen whenver i fight bandits. i have no idea what's wrong with it now. it was just fine half an hour ago before i transfer into Steam.

any support team can look into this issue?

Make sure to:- Reset your graphics

- Verify Files in Steam
- Check you didn't accidentally install the Steam version to an old HDD but to an SSD
- Aren't running something heavy in the background

- Check the server load and ping
