Private Servers

I'm trying to create my own server with friends, and I'm getting a message whenever I try to save server settings or even start. I know the first half but the second no idea. "The server ID and the server remarks cannot be empty" what the heck are server remarks and how do I access the fill it in to start my server?

The game was a gift from a friend who bought it from MOE offical website, so any help would be greatful. I cannot seem to find offical infomation on where to look.
