Simple Shed on Farm Disabled?

Hello,
when i open up the inventory of an simple Shed on my server it shows nothing, so i am not able to build the shed.
Is this because of the upcoming Server merg on official?
Or am i missing something?

Found the solution, forgot it is lvl capped at 38, you have to learn the skill then.
