Trans Duplicate Login Verification in progress, please wait.

So after the update on 6/17 I cannot log into the game. I keep getting this message but it never goes away "Trans Duplicate Login Verification in progress, please wait." I have waited for an hour for the "please wait". I know others have the same issue but I have not found a fix for it.

I have been having the same problem, Then there is no one you can talk to. Then you have to wait for days to get a response. After buying the game.
