Problem with email

My game is in steam, I was not registered on the site. My game account and twitch are connected automatically. I can not enter the site under the mail that is from twitch, wrote that this account is not registered with this mail. I registered an account under the twitch mail and the site shows that there is no game, although it is in the incentive. My Myth of Empire account: AkiraExE. How can I access the site with this account and participate in the ticket giveaway? I don't know my email from this account!

I was having same issue with hydrogen executor. I complained to them and it solved. It is best to contact them. No other way.
