Anyone Else Notice How Crafting Feels More Rewarding After the New Update?

Hey everyone,
I have been playing Myth of Empires since early access, and I have got to say the recent crafting overhaul really surprised me. At first, I wasn’t too happy about the new material balance. I had stockpiled tons of resources expecting the usual progression curve, but suddenly I was back to experimenting again. Oddly enough, it made the whole experience feel fresh.
The new crafting UI feels smoother, and the sense of accomplishment after completing high-tier armor or weapon sets feels way more satisfying than before. It reminds me of when I first started building my fortress near the mountain pass that same sense of “earned progress” instead of just grinding numbers.
That said, I still think the economy could use a bit more balance. Crafting advanced gear now takes serious coordination, especially for smaller guilds or solo players. I found myself keeping a spreadsheet just to track what materials I needed (nerdy, I know). It kind of feels like writing a detailed project plan something I’m used to from my day job, where I rely on https://assignmenthelpdubai.ae/research-proposal to polish up my documents. That same meticulous planning somehow seeps into how I play games like this.
Anyway, I’m curious has anyone else noticed that sense of deeper engagement after the update? Do you like the direction the devs are taking with the crafting system, or do you miss the simpler grind?
Personally, I’m torn. I love the immersion and complexity, but part of me misses those carefree early days of gathering with friends and rushing builds without worrying about efficiency. Still, it’s pretty cool how this game keeps evolving without losing that old-school survival charm.
