Mine are not appearing and it has been four days now.

hello, I have already made two tickets which were instantly closed without anyone helping me. I have a 3rd ticket in progress but after an automatic response I did not get a new response. I only have a Twitch and Steam account, they are linked well, and I double-checked. It's been 20 days I haven't received any of the drops even the new ones. All my friends got it within 24 hours. so i'm still waiting for help, thanks
