To help with this, you could try creating more granular permissions for "View Log" and "Rename" so that they are managed separately from other permissions. This way, you can assign specific access to the "Elite" rank for viewing logs and renaming buildings, while the "Advisor" rank can still have access to other building-related permissions without affecting those two.
