Do we have any updates regarding this issue?
I've been trying to change/restart/de-activate and re-activate the service on my host (g-portal) but nothing seems to fix it.
Verify cache files, still no hope.

From what I’ve seen, sometimes the issue could be related to server settings or even how the server itself is set up, like the difference between a dedicated MoE server and one that’s part of a broader cloud subscription. Hopefully, G-Portal sorts that out soon.
