I did yesterday But I have not got a response. I removed my twitch connection and redid it and still never got my drops.

Submitted a ticket, I am skeptical if they will respnd given previous experince. Will post here if I get a reply.

We will see. I sent a ticket over 48 hours ago and still no response. If they cant even give me the free skin from twitch prime that I should have already got then I for sure will not buy any skins in the game. There are a few I want but untill I get a response and this fixed I will not spend another dime on the game.

I just got mine today. I guess it just takes some time for some people.
