Connection to New Era server timed out constantly after maintenance

Hi, I play on the New Era Xiong'gu Prefecture 4710 PVEXijing and after this mornings maintenance I'm unable to connect to the server. It is showing 1000ms constantly, throwing me back when I try to connect. When will this be fixed? I wrote a ticket but there is no responce, neither on the Discord.

Other servers are looking OK.
