Help

I am so lost on if I've done something wrong or if I am not understanding how this works.
The shop where you can buy the limited items and the other skin armors, I know once you have them you can go to the character screen in your inventory and right click on the yellow ish tab boxs to get the skins on but mine don't seem to either load or they don't exist.

However when I'm in an official server they load in but in unofficial servers they do not, am I doing something wrong or is it my connection or something completely different? Or a bug?
