I have previously posted and submitted customer support requests due to lost items in the game going between battle events and more. Recently I lost hundreds of dollars worth of gear (I have friends who have lost the same) thanks to the shotty game development. And yes real dollars, because I have purchased copper coins with real money through the Myth of Empires website and then through the gold token shop in game.
I have not gotten any kind of support from your customer ticket system ever before. So I am going to assume it will be the same this time. So this is my warning that I am seeking reimbursement. Otherwise I will be fighting for it through Steam.
