Server Still transfer locked after 7 Days.

Hi,

Our guild are trying to merge to an server that opened fresh on 16th of march. On discord it was saying that server transfer opens after 7 days since the release of the server, however the server is still locked.

Any specific reason why server 6431 is not yet unlocked for transfers?
