How do you keep your guild organized as the game moves into late stages?

Once you hit the mid to late game in Myth of Empires, managing a growing guild can become just as challenging as surviving PvP itself. With more members, shared resources, base locations, and ongoing conflicts, things can get messy fast if there’s no clear structure.

Some guilds stay flexible and casual, while others move toward more defined roles, scheduled activities, and clear leadership. I’m curious how different groups handle this transition. Do you formally assign responsibilities, or does everyone naturally fall into their roles over time?

How do you deal with inactive members, overlapping responsibilities, or communication breakdowns during important moments like defenses or large-scale fights? And do you think strong organization actually gives a real advantage in late-game PvP and territory control?

Would love to hear what’s worked (or failed) for different guild sizes and server types.
