Later on in the middle and late stages of Myth of Empires, coordination becomes as vital as fighting prowess. Planning guilds, friends, raid times, defense notifications and sharing of resources can become a nightmare very easily and especially in the PvP-intense servers where timing and communication is everything.
Other groups are very active in terms of in-game chat and voice communications, whereas others need to use some external tools to monitor members, schedules, and responsibilities. I wonder how this is managed by various players or guild leaders. Are you straightforward in your ways or do you conduct organized systems by which you manage people and information effectively?
Interestingly, this challenge reminds me of data and communication management outside of gaming. Tools like ExtractMails focus on automated extraction and organization of contact information, making it easier to manage large volumes of communication without manual effort. In a similar way, having a clear system for tracking players, roles, and updates in Myth of Empires can save time and reduce mistakes when things get intense.

How do you personally handle coordination as your guild grows? Have you found any habits, tools, or workflows that make large-scale gameplay smoother in mid to late game?
Would love to hear what works best for different playstyles and server types.
