I went into it with skepticism, but the experience surprised me. The crypto prop firm style structure reframes progress as endurance, not excitement. Since there’s no real money pressure, the mind looks for other anchors — rules, limits, patience. At times it felt slow, even uncomfortable, yet that discomfort highlighted habits I usually ignore. I found myself trading less, thinking more, and accepting idle days without forcing action. It didn’t feel detached over time; it felt intentional. For mindset work, that quiet pressure turned out to be the main value.
