Cant login to launcher to download game

After downloading the launcher, I cant log in to my account via launcher to download the game. Yes  i have activated my code for game purchase.

So how do i download this game?

Yep same, cant log in, to do the update or download.

After all this time, they still haven't fixed that?  That's just sad.  There's just no good excuse for ANY game, regardless of the developer, to require the intentional falsification of IP data to play.
